2001-worked with GSA defending a $32,000,000 claim on a federal courthouse in Alabama, issue settled in mediation, worked with a construction company, estimating & negotiating MEP change orders (approximately 150) for the 600 million dollar expansion to the clinical research hospital
2002-worked with a grain processing company in Indiana defending a $5,000,000 claim on a process piping project, worked with GSA defending a $82,000,000 claim on a federal courthouse in New York, continued negotiating change orders at hospital, performed hvac, plumbing & fire protection estimates for design development stage and 65% design stage of a 1.5 million SF addition to New Orleans convention center, worked for contractor preparing a 3 million dollar claim on a school
