Environmental Engineering Experience

Superfund site remediation systems operation and maintenance, landfill site selection, landfill and transfer station feasibility analyses, criteria development, design of disposal site operations, landfill end use including feasibility, risk analysis, engineering and construction, landfill fire extinguishment, landfill gas migration control and recovery engineering, construction and turnkey, design and construction of systems for prevention and remediation of subsurface water pollution from landfill leachate, report of site disposal information, and environmental impact reports. Prepared and supervised landfill permitting documents and supervised EIRs under pre-gap and post pre-gap conditions; e.g RDSI, PSR, RWD, and Closure Report.

Authored and co-authored numerous professional papers and magazine articles on subjects which include end use of landfills, landfill gas migration control, and public safety. Conducted Subsurface (soils) Gas Investigation, Southern California Rapid Transit District Metro Rail Wilshire Corridor Alignment.
