Previously served two and one-half years as executive director for a non-profit organization with an annual budget of $5.5 million providing a broad range of services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and group homes, to approximately 150 developmentally disabled adults, including dual/diagnosed and geriatric residents, in central Oklahoma. Responsible for corporate compliance, procurement, contract negotiations, and served as legal counsel. The organization operated two licensed nursing facilities (receiving national recognition during my tenure), five residential group homes, two sheltered workshops, community residential supervision, assisted community living, retail stores, and other services.
