Expert No. 504Professional Experience After graduation, Expert 506 first job was with Trane Company, a
nationally recognized manufacturer of air-conditioning equipment.
Employment began with a six-month training program in HVAC engineering
at the LaCrosse, Wisconsin headquarters. The subsequent six months was
in Field Sales in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He began his professional career
with LSW Engineers in 1973 in the Phoenix office, opened the San Diego
office in 1977, and became President of the San Diego office in 1979.
Expert 506 has over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, and
construction of healthcare, governmental, institutional, military,
commercial, and industrial facilities. Typical challenges that have
been resolved include optimum use of limited construction budgets,
construction phasing to allowed ongoing use of facilities, and planning
for optimum economic and energy conservation performance.
Expert 506 has worked on projects up to $250 million that included as
many as 10 consultant firms. His roles included coordination of various
activities such as planning testing, design, environmental permitting,
construction management and start-up. He has been directly responsible
for projects ranging up to $30 million.
Expert 506 is a licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and is a recognized expert in energy generation and distribution.
He has extensive experience in building code application and interpretation in all types of construction projects.
