Expert 904 is a Pediatric Physician who has been practicing in the Houston area for over 30 years. He has been in solo practice and a medical director for institutional facilities. He has been instrumental in directing and managing independent and group medical facility practices, supervising physicians, nurses and medical support staff in providing direct pediatric patient care. He has been effective in establishing and developing patient relations and building a client base, and managing an effective and efficient office/clinic organization.

He has staff appointments with three prominent medical hospital facilities within the Medical Center, The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and Texas Children's Hospital. Expert 904 is well known within the Houston medical community and has achieved Board Certification from the American Board of Pediatrics, with medical licenses to practice in Texas and Georgia.

Expert 904 is associated with Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics and has been a Clinical Associate Professor since 1977. Expert 904 continues to develop interns and residents through classroom instruction and conducting evaluations during hospital rounds in technical patient assessments to provide innovative and up-to-date medical treatment provisions for new born infants, children and adolescents, within multi-disciplinary areas including medical, psychological and educational needs. Expert 904 continues to lecture at various association and society meetings, in-service training seminars and related community events, in presenting pediatric medicine updates and topic discussions for patient healthcare administration.

As a specialist within his field, Expert 904 has participated in Medical Reviewing assignments as a Board Certified Pediatrician Reviewer. He has reviewed medical and legal records concerning infants, children and adolescents for legal representation, as well as for the Texas Medical Foundation and Texas Medical Liability Trust. Expert 904 has been called upon as an Expert Witness in the field of pediatric medicine for both plaintiff and defense civil and criminal cases. In addition, Expert 904 participates on the Medical Audit Utilization and Review Committee, as a past Chairman, for the Texas Children's Hospital.

Most recent assignments have been as Medical Director for “A Care Facility” of Houston, and participating on the Physician Advisory Peer Review Panel and Grievance Appeal Committee. Also, Expert 904 has been the Medical Director for the A multi-disciplinary Clinic, involved in evaluating the educational, psychological and medical needs of children with learning problems, within a multi-disciplinary center setting.

Expert 904 completed his education from Emory University School of Medicine, with Chief Residency and Internships at Baylor College of Medicine and Duke University School of Medicine. Most recently Expert 904 completed Basic Mediation training from the University of Houston through the White Dispute Resolution Institute. He continues to strive towards excellence in medicine for the treatment of infants, adolescents and children.

Expert 904 maintains memberships in professional medical societies and associations as well as participates in community organizations, such as the Holocaust Museum and Education Center, the Children's Museum of Houston and the Friends of Placido Domingo.
