He has reviewed medical and legal records concerning infants, children and adolescents for legal representation, as well as for the Texas Medical Foundation and Texas Medical Liability Trust. Expert 904 has been called upon as an Expert Witness in the field of pediatric medicine for both plaintiff and defense civil and criminal cases. In addition, Expert 904 participates on the Medical Audit Utilization and Review Committee, as a past Chairman, for the Texas Children's Hospital.
Most recent assignments have been as Medical Director for "A Care Facility" of Houston, and participating on the Physician Advisory Peer Review Panel and Grievance Appeal Committee. Also, Expert 904 has been the Medical Director for the A multi-disciplinary Clinic, involved in evaluating the educational, psychological and medical needs of children with learning problems, within a multi-disciplinary center setting.
Expert 904 completed his education from Emory University School of Medicine, with Chief Residency and Internships at Baylor College of Medicine and Duke University School of Medicine. Most recently Expert 904 completed Basic Mediation training from the University of Houston through the White Dispute Resolution Institute. He continues to strive towards excellence in medicine for the treatment of infants, adolescents and children.
Expert 904 maintains memberships in professional medical societies and associations as well as participates in community organizations, such as the Holocaust Museum and Education Center, the Children's Museum of Houston and the Friends of Placido Domingo.
