Description

Expert 1028 founded an independent voice and data consulting firm in 1976 and he has been a member in good standing of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants since 1980.  His expertise includes voice, data, and network system design in the multi-facility environment with system procurement and implementation. His firm has also been successful in collecting over $5 million for its clients through its exhaustive Audit & Recovery Program. His firm has designed and implemented systems for over 20 Cities and Municipalities and has worked extensively in the educational field with a Client List of over 35 School Districts and Colleges.

Expert 1028 has actively been involved in the telecommunications industry in various executive positions and has designed over 1,000 systems for high technology companies ["dot com"], service companies, government agencies, educational institutions, retailers, and the lodging industry.  One of Expert 1028’s specialties is obtaining refunds for overbilling from both the telephone company and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Another specialty is providing "Expert Witness" services in the telecommunications industry. He has been providing this service for over 20 years.
