Litigation Support

Part of research team involved in largest toxic tort in United States. Assessed potential for hexavalent chromium released from power generation station to impact surrounding community. The assessment included pharmacokinetic modeling, simulation of exposure potentials for residents (fate and transport modeling in environment), epidemiological review of chromium and hexavalent chromium, and physiological testing of exposures to hexavalent chromium (dermal absorption, inhalation, and ingestion).

Additional litigation available upon request.

Petroleum Hydrocarbons

Prepared comprehensive evaluation of the potential health risks associated with the redevelopment of a 13.7 hectares plastic manufacturing facility in Colombia. The risk assessment was used as the basis for the remedial goals and closure of the site.
