Professional Background Summary

Over 30 years of demonstrated management experience in various general and financial management positions (VP of Finance, GM of Finance, Corporate Secretary, Controller and Accounting Manager).

Successfully took a corporation through the due diligence and purchase negotiation process for International owners to a stock sale to a Texas corporation at the end of 2002.

Assumed majority of responsibilities in the absence of a CEO.

Responsibilities included all financial, budgeting, systems, tax, legal, payroll, accounts payable, audits, inventory, credit & collections, union/labor negotiation, raw material purchasing, banking, insurance, and human resource functions.

Successfully relocated and started-up a manufacturing facility from PA to NC.With 2 employers, evaluated and implemented computer systems, along with documentation, training and on-going support.

2003 - Present, Consultant, Privately owned Company

Financial and general business consulting, and forensic accounting as an expert witness.

Performed financial and document review and expert report, for a corporation involved in a lawsuit against a major financial institution related to a loss of financing and the resulting financial impact.
Performed a financial and general business due diligence review for a restaurant / lodge resort in preparation for the sale of the lodge.  In addition, provided management consulting services for the day-to-day operations.  Provided computer system hardware, software and network consulting services, including configuration, selection and installation.

1997 to 2003, General Manager of Finance

A $20-$30 million high volume metals manufacturing company serving welded wire reinforcement mesh to the concrete construction industry (precast, cast-in-place and distributors).  Sold to MMI Products.

1986 to 1997, VicePresident – Finance administrator and corporation secretary

$50+ million company with employment in excess of 500 employees manufacturing both wood & steel frame modular housing, general contracting, and developing retail housing developments in the New York city & PA areas.  Territory included NE U.S., along with internationally.
