Founder and President of international business in California (1983 / Present)
This business does international business consulting, expert witness, and management education group, with associates in Europe, Asia, and South America.  Our partners provide expert testimony in disputes involving international situations, conduct seminars and training programs for corporate executives and government officials, and carry out company re-engineering programs tailored to the culture of the country.

Expert No. 1372 has served as an expert witness in cases involving disputes between U.S. manufacturers and their foreign distributors and between foreign corporations and their U.S. distributors.  Expert No. 1372 has testified in cases for paper, automotive, industrial products, and other industries.

Chairman and President of medical device company in California 1976 / 1983
Co-founder and CEO of a medical device company that developed, manufactured, and marketed electronic intravenous infusion pumps, disposable intravenous administration sets, and pre-fillable hypodermic syringes.  The company had substantial overseas sales.

Executive Vice President of cinema corporation in England 1972 / 1975
Chief Operating Officer of international motion picture company, with subsidiaries in 38 countries, and over 2,000 employees around the world.

Vice President of a global paper company, the International Division in Switzerland 1968 / 1971
Concurrently, Chairman of this company in Europe, with responsibility for all operations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.  Companies in that region owned 3 paper mills, 26 container plants, and 6 sales offices, with over 4,000 employees.  These included wholly owned and joint-venture companies and independent distributors.

Division General Manager of European operations for major automobile company in Belgium 1965 / 1968
In charge of all tractor division operations in Europe and the Middle East, which included subsidiaries in 12 countries, and distributors throughout the region.  The division manufactured and marketed farm and industrial tractors, light and heavy construction equipment, agricultural implements, industrial engines, and service parts and accessories.  Specialized tractors and equipment for European needs were designed and made locally.
Other positions held with automobile company; General Sales Manager, European Tractor Operations; Regional Finance Manager, Scandinavia; Sales Manager, Italy; Finance & Administration Manager, Italy; Assistant Finance Manager, Middle East; and Assistant to the Regional Director - European Region.
