In 2004, Expert 1959’s Home Inspection business was founded to provide service for real estate inspections and evaluation reports for residential properties including single-family homes and condominiums. Inspections and reports involving construction defects and using discretion for conditions that warrant further analysis by specialists.  Clients include real estate buyers, sellers, lenders, homeowner associations and property owners seeking independent evaluations and inspections for agents and brokers

More than 9 years of hands-on code violation inspection and investigative experience involving building, housing, zoning, and nuisance code related violations for municipal governments including the City of Fountain Valley and City of Westminster in Southern California.  Inspections include thousands of residential homes in existing and new construction, and hundreds of commercial and industrial facilities.  Experience includes inspection for safe occupancy, code compliance, zoning and land use issues, and assisting other government agencies such as Police, Fire, Health Departments and other government agencies.
