Senior Economist at the Center for Forensic Economic Studies, where he concentrated on the analysis of damages in personal-injury, wrongful-death and wrongful-termination matters and was head of the Dallas office (2002 – 2003).
In-house consultant at Bickel & Brewer, a Dallas/New York litigation firm specializing in complex commercial, corporate, environmental, hospitality, gaming, construction and other business torts (2000 - 2002).
