Expert Witness No.2013

Expert 2013 has over 21 years experience in commercial and residential construction.  He began is career in the United States Navy where he developed his work ethics and discipline.  Expert 2013 expanded his knowledge of construction through working in various trades of the construction industry, making the transition to the management level in the year 1999. 

Expert 2013 is currently the owner and President of a design build firm for Commercial and Residential construction based out of New York.  His construction firm does approximately seven million dollars of construction per year.  Expert 2013 oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as supervision of business development and onsite construction.

Prior to starting his own firm, he worked for seven years with two of the areas largest General Contractors, Matzen Construction, Inc. and Bast Hatfield, Inc.  While working for these contractors, Expert 2013 was responsible for multiple management positions to include: Steel Division Manager - Responsible for Training and scheduling of the steel crew, designing and ordering all steel structures; Project Manager - Responsible for the overall operations of multiple construction projects; Design Build Estimating and Sales – Consult with business owners to establish the construction needs of the clients; compose the specifications, estimate and contract as required to bring the conception to construction.

Expert 2013 has the ability to envision the build before it’s on paper, allowing him to describe the project in detail to his clients.  His attention to detail and schedule, work ethics and dedication has proven him to be a vital asset the construction industry.
