Working in the Occupational Injury Service clinic and performing pre-employment assessments, treatment of work related injuries and exposures, liaising with employers and physicians on return to work plans, providing recommendations on work flow processes and development of business relationships with employers.  
Reviewed strategy of the return to work unit as a project during the MBA program and made recommendations to management on process flow which resulted in improvement in report turn around time.

Provided leads for physician recruitment to the occupational injury service and return to work services and made recommendations for aligning incentives with operational performance and strategic goals of the unit.
