Expert 2785 has provided building evaluations including phasing, scheduling and construction costing. He has developed extensive information on costing and works closely with the subcontract community to continually refine and update its costing parameters.  Costing methodology utilized by the firm follows the standards of the American Society of Professional Estimators and refines the standards to the level of pricing used at the subcontract (installing contractor) level.

Expert 2785 has provided estimating services for regional and national developers, end users, architects and select general contractors. He served as the interim Director of Estimating/Preconstruction for James G Davis Construction Corporation (an ENR Top 100 General Contractor) from 1997 through 2003.  Expert 2785 provides cost consulting services to several of its construction management firm competitors on an on-going basis.
