For over thirty-eight years, Expert 2848 has successfully completed thousands of construction projects in, but not limited to, single-family residential, commercial, public, institutional, and classified military sectors.
Expert 2848 has provided consultation and expert witness testimony in the areas of general contracting and construction for legal considerations over the last 35 years. He is considered to be the leading expert in his field in the Central California area.

He has been called upon by the State of California Contractors State License Board as an industry expert, as well as being asked to evaluate hundreds of buildings to determine if existing conditions are in line with common practices, codes and standards. These investigations entailed investigating and documenting causes of construction defects, damages and failures as well as cost of repair and/or suggesting corrective methods through the submission of detailed reports.

Expert 2848 is recognized by the Superior Court of California as an expert witness in many construction disciplines from planning to fine finishes.
