Expert 3288 has been a competitive runner since middle school, Expert 3288 began competitive cycling as a triathlete in 1987, later competing and participating in road and off-road cycling events. Expert 3288 have over 20 years experience coaching the various disciplines of running, cycling and triathlon in individual, team, and camp settings. Expert 3288 has served on the sports medicine staffs of AAU Junior Olympics, College National Gymnastics Championships, College National Indoor Track & Field Championships, Rolex Tennis Championships, and individual world class, Olympic and professional athletes.
