Expert 3608 has held several key positions with TI, including Director of Project Engineering and Project Manager.  His projects during this time have included the development of waste-to energy plants (Millbury, MA, Lisbon, CT; and McKay Bay, FL) and biosolids pelletization and composting facilities (Baltimore, MD and Rochester, NH).

As a Project Manager, Expert 3608 provided construction oversight for a 1,600 TPD Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) facility in Haverhill, and directed a steam line feasibility study in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

As a Senior Project Engineer, Expert 3608 was assigned to field construction oversight of the 2,000 TPD RDF facilities in Rochester, New York (Monroe County).
