Owned and operated an electrical contracting company in New York City.  The company specialized in major interior renovations, commercial and residential.  The company had 35 employees and gross sales of more than $4,000,000 annually.

Co-owner and Vice-President of Calmar Construction Co.

Owned and operated a NYC construction company.  Projects included Toys R Us stores in Staten Island and Eatontown, NJ, Allen and Company corporate offices at 711 5th Avenue and others.

Co-owner and Vice-President of CMR Heating & Air Conditioning

Owned and operated a heating and air conditioning company which specialized in interior renovations in NYC.  Projects included the Channel 5 TV Studios, six floors of the Citicorp Center and others.

Owned and operated a local 3 union contracting company.  The company specialized in large interior installations including the fire protection system at the World Trade Center, the Windows on the World, ADT Securities at the WTC, IBM manufacturing facility in Brooklyn and others.  The company had 110 employees and approximately $8,000,000 in gross sales.

Co-owner of Ramral Theaters.

Owned and operated a chain of 14 movie theaters on Long Island.  In addition to managerial duties, supervised all maintenance work for the theaters.
