Expert 2009 is President of Expert 2009 LLC, a forensic economic consulting firm. He has more than twenty five years experience providing economic consulting services, expert reports and expert testimony, primarily in support of litigation. His practice focuses on calculating economic damages and critiquing opposing damages experts in cases involving personal injury, wrongful- death, wrongful termination, intellectual property and commercial torts. He has been retained as an expert in more than two dozen states and testified in deposition, State and Federal Courts. CURRENT POSITION
