Prestigious Mayo Clinic trained Reproductive Endocrinologist with over 39 years clinical practice
Educated for Advanced Care and Optimal Results
I’ve always had a penchant for science and have enjoyed helping people. I like the challenges of detailed, complex fertility work, not to mention the ‘journey’ from problem to solution.
After earning my undergraduate degree in biological science, I chose to become a physician because it provided me a chance to apply medical science in a very tangible, personal way.
I opted to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology—and then to sub specialize in reproductive endocrinology infertility—for similar reasons, only to a greater extent. It’s very
interesting cutting-edge science, and the results are the best kind of joy.
Growth as a physician and leading infertility specialist can only come through awareness and constant improvement. In order to remain at the forefront of fertility medicine, I make a priority of getting involved with professional organizations, teaching and interacting with my colleagues and Ob/Gyn residents. However, there is more to it than just personal, or professional, growth. By staying connected with others in my field and keeping current with the latest advances, I can offer my patients every option available to help them realize their dreams.

Northwest Community Hospital A National Leader in Fertility Medicine
As a Mayo Clinic trained reproductive endocrinologist/infertility specialist, I have the training and skills to offer the very latest procedures for helping my patients overcome their
fertility problems. This includes offering new procedures as they are developed and proven. Repeatedly being honored as one of America’s Top Doctors is highly impressive to my patients
and is a tremendous honor for me. It is extremely gratifying to be honored once again by my peers and to be one of only two Chicago-area reproductive endocrinologists to be consistently
named for 18 straight years in all Castle Connelly's publications, ‘America's Top Doctors’ (top 1% of specialists in America) from 2000 to 2018.
More importantly, I am personally committed to giving my patients the most comprehensive care, because with over 39 years of clinical experience and having personally undergone fertility
treatment, I know how important a child is to my couples.
Wrote numerous articles for journals: Fertility and Sterility and International Journal of Infertility
Authored book chapters in Clinical Obstetrics/Gynecology
Numerous presentations for community groups, professional organizations, medical center physicians, residents, and medical students
