-2000 to Present: Regional Health Services Coordinator for the state prison. Responsible to oversee the delivery of health services to offenders in State prisons.
-1994 to 2000: Director of Nursing at the Western Illinois Correctional Center. I oversaw the entire nursing activities, maintained the nursing work schedule to ensure that all shifts were covered, hired, reprimanded staff, chaired meetings, conducted in-service training and education, responsible for reports and ensured that they were done timely and worked closely with other departments for a "team approach".
-1993 to 1971: Progressed from staff nurse to Director of Nursing. Worked in as many departments as possible to obtain the needed knowledge and skills needed to become an experienced nurse. (Med-Surg, Obstetrics, Surgery, Emergency Room, Outpatient Clinics.)
