1980     Obtained the position of Director of operations for Family Fun Centers.  Over the years many of the responsibilities have changed and evolved.  Some of the responsibilities associated with his position are:

Working with the appropriate attorneys on necessary legal matters.

Reviewing, evaluating, and purchasing all business insurance.

Establishing human resources and personnel programs for management in various positions.

Reviewing financials for the various profit centers and working with managers to improve their bottom lines.

Working with marketing and group sales personnel to insure effective programs.

Overseeing the corporate staff to see that the necessary support is in place, so the profit centers can function properly.

Executing any duties that are associated with the position of C.O.O., Corporate Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors.

Other Enterprises

Partner and member of Board of Directors for the premier manufacturer of go karts and bumper boats for the family entertainment center industry.

CFO and Board Member of an organization, which is a growing franchisor of family restaurants.

Actively involved in the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, a prestigious organization of the amusement industry.  Has been a seven year participant of the Family Entertainment Committee, two years as committee chairman; participated in numerous lectures and presentations relating to various aspects of the industry; currently member of the Board of Directors of IAAPA.
