The outcome of the investigation in the ABC Nursery Fire that killed 49 was given to the Magistrates of Commission Investigation in a sealed envelope by Steve Van Rickley the President and CEO of Consolidated Consultants and the Vice President Araceli Van Rickley. Consolidated Consultants expert “The McMullen Company” was in charge of investigating the cause and origin of this fire.
