Qualifications
My involvement in the broadcast industry has spanned 35 years. During this time I have been involved in virtually every aspect of operating, managing and owning broadcast properties. I have been called upon numerous times to take depositions and to appear in both Federal and State Courts regarding the broadcast industry as an expert witness for both defense and plaintiff. I have also provided written testimony to the FCC in various matters.
