In terms of expertise, Expert 76 is a professional cyclist and founder of America's longest running cycling educational organization. JHS offers instructional programs for all levels of riding expertise. As a cycling expert witness, Expert 76 is trial qualified in rider safety, mechanical set up, design and engineering of frame, drive train, tires, tubes, braking components, bike handling, rider proficiency, rider response, accident duplication and hazardous conditions. In the past sixteen years Expert 76 has successfully worked with both plaintiff and defense attorneys on a wide variety of cases.
Expert's 76 cycling experience spans more than thirty-seven years in which time, Expert 76 has cycled over 450,000 miles. Expert 76 is the author of four technical and historical cycling books, and a contributing writer for several magazines. Expert 76 staff and Expert 76 have completed the official instructional video for which Expert 76 holds an international elite level coaching license. Expert 76 has served as a network television commentator of competitive events and has been inducted into the U.S. Cycling Hall of Fame. Expert 76 has lectured to audiences as diverse as school children to medical doctors on a gamut of cycling subjects ranging from performance tuning and biomechanics to injury prevention and rider safety.

Expert 76 has coached members of the U.S. national cycling and triathlon teams and national triathlon teams of Japan, China, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
