After first being employed as a human resource manager for Ford Motor Company in 1969, I have over 25 years experience as a consultant to over 100 organizations around the world concerning how to improve human resource management policies and practices. These include the following: Archive Corporation, Arco-Atlantic Richfield Company, American Security Distribution, Basic Four Information Systems, Brother International Corporation, CalComp, City of National City, City of Orange, ConAgra, General Dynamics Corporation, General Electric Company, In-N-Out Burger, Interstate Electronics Corporation, Ling Electronics, NavCom Defense Electronics, Newport Corporation, Pioneer Electronics, Reynolds Metals Company, Sewell Plastics, Shasta Beverages, Shell Oil Company, Toshiba, and many organizations in the health care industry.

Extended Education Experience
From 1988 to present have taught classes concerning sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination for the general public through University Extended Education at California State University, Fullerton, helping members from hundreds of organizations. The consistently high student evaluations of these classes has resulted in the program comprising them to be the most long lasting of any non-credit Certificate program ever sponsored by California State University, Fullerton.

In 1997 was awarded a two-step Performance Salary Increase "given in recognition of your outstanding and meritorious performance as a member of the California State University, Fullerton faculty."

In 1996 a program was hosted in my honor by CSUF's Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Institute for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning in recognition of my accomplishments over the past two years as a teacher scholar.
