Responsible for the operation of the residential housing division of this major mortgage banking organization which produced over $200 million in residential loans for permanent investors during 1977. Personally negotiated all sales commitments with institutional investors, such as Savings and Loans, Savings Banks and Pension Funds, as well as the placement of GNMA pass-through securities with various investment banking firms. Joined the company in 1972 as Assistant Vice President in order to develop and implement a program to purchase FHA/VA home loans from other mortgagees on a servicing-released basis for subsequent resale to permanent investors.
