Co-founder and CEO of this nationally recognized Private Investigations Firm specializing in mortgage fraud activities.  The company is the developer of the AEGIS Data Base software, recognized as the leading transactions that may have been involved in mortgage related misrepresentation and fraud.

GN Mortgage, President & CEO 

Organized and maintained full responsibility for all facets of this Savings and Loan Service Corporation.  From its inception in June, 1981, the Company grew in size to over $11.0 billion in loan production, eight offices and approximately 165 employees.  Served on the Board of Directors of GN Mortgage.

Central Federal Mortgage Corporation, Senior Vice President
Responsible for secondary marketing activities for both the service corporation and the parent organization, Central Federal Savings & Loan Association.  Member of Senior Management Committee of the service corporation.  Coordinated the efforts of the loan shipping department to meet product selection criteria and delivery schedules of institutional investors.

Genstar Mortgage Corporation , Senior Vice President

Areas of responsibility included both secondary market loan purchasing and institutional sales.  Developed a program of loan origination, based on purchase of loans consolidated into mortgage backed securities, as the primary source of liquidity.  Increased total portfolio from $1.8 billion in 1978 to $3.0 billion by 12/80.  Coordinated departmental efforts with the warehouse/shipping department and loan servicing division.

1972 – 1978

Bowest Corporation , Senior Vice President

Responsible for the operation of the residential housing division of this major mortgage banking organization which produced over $200 million in residential loans for permanent investors during 1977.  Personally negotiated all sales commitments with institutional investors, such as Savings and Loans, Savings Banks and Pension Funds, as well as the placement of GNMA pass-through securities with various investment banking firms.  Joined the company in 1972 as Assistant Vice President in order to develop and implement a program to purchase FHA/VA home loans from other mortgagees on a servicing-released basis for subsequent resale to permanent investors. 

Additional experience with the company has been in the origination and placement of income/ commercial loans on a nationwide basis.

Education

Michigan State University:
Bachelor of Arts, 1957-1962, History major, minors in Marketing and Political Science.

1995-96: President of the California Mortgage Bankers Association. 

Has served on the following committees:

Fannie Mae Western Region Advisory Board

Fannie Mae National Advisory Board

R.F.C. Advisory Board.  Also served as a member of the California Department of Real Estate Research and Education Committee. 

Served as President of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.

Currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Southern California Chapter
