Licensed in 1971 as a New York State Psychologist. Thirty-five years in private practice, performing individual, marital, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as psychological assessments. Current psychotherapeutic emphasis is on goal-focused and brief-term psychotherapy.

Expert 1386 has been conducting IMEs in the following forensic areas… No Fault, Workman's Compensation, and Liability arenas for over fifteen years. He also has been performing crime victim and terrorist IMEs and Peer Reviews for many years. He has conducted disability evaluations, family evaluations, and utilization reviews. Furthermore, he has conducted numerous Fitness for Duty evaluations, and recently has performed such a review for the Homeland Security. In addition, he has been involved as a reviewer in a number of malpractice cases. He has an in-house editor who helps to send out his reports within twenty-four hours. He has conducted hundreds IMEs in Spanish, without the aide of a translator.

Expert 1386 is certified as a NYS Workman's Compensation provider. He is also board certified in psychotherapy.

He has testified in scores of No-Fault and Workers' Compensation cases in recent years.

In his early career, he has worked for Planning Research Corporation, conducting fitness for duty assessments.

Expert 1386 has an abundance of experience working with traumatized people… from being in the Navy during the Vietnam war, and then working with profoundly disturbed patients in a State Mental Hospital, and eventually working with foster children, who have been greatly marred. Currently, he has interviewed dozens of survivors of the September 11 World Trade Center attacks, and thus he has further developed an expertise in the field of trauma.
