Twenty-one years experience as materials characterization scientist in R&D Division of major Johnson & Johnson medical and pharmaceutical products company. Last 15 years included managing the Analytical and Characterization Sciences Department with staff of 30 professional and technical personnel. The Department served as the base of operations of the J&J Polymer Characterization Center that provided analytical, characterization and consultation services to all J&J companies.
