Knowledge of metal roofing systems, contract documents, and manufacturer installation requirements. Ability to gather forensic evidence and present as expert witness in litigation support.

EXPERIENCE

Twenty-seven years experience as a contractor in the installation of architectural metal Roofing systems. Project specific experience in all climatic regions of Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and Florida. Extensive and long-term metal roofing installation work on Commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.

Broad experience as metal roofing consultant. National and international project review, consulting, oversight, reports, and recommendations. Project specific experience on USACE (Corps of Engineers) projects in Korea and Puerto Rico.
