This is related to sexual assault or abuse concerns, forensic evidence collection and testimony. These nurse examiners must demonstrate proficiency in taking the assault history, genital and anal examination. This in addition to evidence collection and descriptive nomenclature. Additionally, these experts review police reports, lab reports, patient statements, defendant statements and witness statements.
