DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Manages the processes of due diligence and title search, impact of codes and regulations, and mediates and negotiates to create understanding and cooperation among governments, public interest groups, and developers.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCES
At Kumagai Gumi, introduced this Multi-national Japanese developer-builder to American concepts and requirements of insurance and surety ship, and managed their ongoing program. Became a New York City licensed Site Safety Manager and designed and managed a highly successful loss prevention protocol to govern construction operations. Has successfully occupied a loss prevention and risk management role with a diligent and successful history of safe, accident and claim free development and construction.
