Life expectancy calculations to the standards of the life insurance and life settlement industries. These life expectancies are personalized and accurate, with all risk factors including criminal activity, substance abuse, medical conditions and risky behavior investigated. All of this information is entered into evidence.  In addition, by use of Rule 703, these life expectancies can get previously excluded evidence of these risk factors re-admitted (see publication for details).  These methods used to calculate life expectancy have been accepted in federal court after a Daubert challenge, and have been successfully used in both state and federal court.
