Project management as Senior Safety Officer for the Caribbean Airports Project. This CIDA (Canadian Int’l. Development Agency) five year program was multi-disciplinary in nature to develop aviation business and improve aviation safety standards in the region;

Project management, through CIDA, for Thailand in completing a national inventory          of aviation and airline industries;
