Launched social media platforms for Athletic Department; created a Social Media Policy. Developed a Concussion Management Policy after getting Impact© Concussion Certified, launched a Sports Medicine Academy program that became the most popular elective on campus.

Set a school record for most League Championships in one year with five; a forty-year record. Duties included: game scheduling, officials, transportation and facilities, ordering and overseeing equipment inventory, evaluating coaching staff, hiring and dismissing coaches, securing game management personnel, budget, fundraising, marketing, and more Improved teams reaching the playoffs from just three in first year to eight teams in my fourth year. Football program was 2-18 in the two years before me; we went 5-5 and back to the playoffs in just my first year there; only team in California to go from 0-10 to a .500 record or better

TEACHER/DEPARTMENT CHAIR HEAD VARSITY FOOTBALL COACH (’03-06)/HEAD JV FOOTBALL COACH (’01-03)
Responsibility included the development of curriculum from the ground up, and starting four brand new courses: Old and New Testament Survey, Life of Christ and World Religions. Hired, mentored, and led Religion Department teachers. Led, managed, coached Varsity football program; third most wins in school history; team reached the CIF playoffs every year; reached Semi Finals for just the 4th time in 35 years. Also served as a Varsity Baseball Coach for two years.
