  • Athletic participation increased 17% my first year due to our “Get In The Game” marketing campaign. (School grew by only 7%) According to Coach and AD Magazine, only 10% of schools nationwide saw at least a 7% increase in one year.
  • Started Varsity Boys Soccer, Varsity Girls Soccer and Varsity Wrestling programs from scratch
  • Launched social media platforms for Athletic Department; created a Social Media Policy for athletic department
  • Developed a Concussion Management Policy after getting Impact© Concussion Certified
  • Launched a Sports Medicine Academy program that became the most popular elective on campus. Started with 8 students in 2012-13 school year. Grew to 65 students in 2013-14.
  • Won the CIF Southern Section Division 1 Football Championship (8 man); Won the Agape League Football Championship; Finished season ranked as number one team in California (8 man)

  • Responsible for directing and overseeing high school athletic program including scheduling games, officials, transportation and facilities, ordering and overseeing equipment inventory, evaluating coaching staff, hiring and dismissing coaches, securing game management personnel, overseeing the budget, served as primary contact for all fundraising, marketing athletic program via internal and external means, communicating with student-athletes and their parents about programs, game management and supervision, and staying current with trends and legislation regarding athletics
  • Helped to increase overall student GPA from 2.98 to 3.37 during four year tenure
  • 3 teams made the playoffs my first year as an AD; 8 teams made the playoffs three years later
  • Organized and implemented community service outreaches and projects for K-12 and served as annual high school retreat coordinator which served 30 different organizations from San Diego to Los Angeles County
  • Football program was 2-8, 0-10 in the two years before I started there; went 5-5 and back to the playoffs in first year there. Only team in California to go from 0-10 to a .500 record or better
