Expert has worked in banking and real estate finance since 1972, serving clients in California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Hawaii. He served as an expert witness in numerous cases for defendants and plaintiffs. His forensic work and testimony is centered in commercial and residential lending, including management of problem loans, and real estate purchase and sale transactions and property management.
Expert’s responsibilities included originating and servicing loans and managing over 100,000 acres of real estate for an insurance company; managing a $450 Million special asset portfolio for a niche lender; managing special assets and loan operations at three community banks; and loan portfolios at two large banks. Expert is a licensed General Contractor and has been a California real estate broker since 1992. He has also been a bankruptcy trustee and a trustee in family trusts.
