Development of the Outcome-Based Reporting System that allows for system-wide standardization of clinical reporting of chiropractic encounters. The data is incorporated into a database that permits the following:
Easy study of chiropractic care
Variance analysis of encounter data
Analysis of risk factors contributing to extended courses of chiropractic care
Platform for quality improvement (QI) activities
Development of chiropractic specialty networks in major Texas cities for the provision of managed care services to insurance companies.
Development of chiropractic specialty networks in southeastern states for insurance carriers.
Education of providers of the chiropractic specialty care networks on network managed care policies and procedures.
Oversight of Credentialing Department activities:
Management of credentialing activities for all specialty networks

Professional Affiliations
Served from 1991 to 1993 as the Chiropractic Representative to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission’s Medical Advisory Committee, a 16 member multidisciplinary committee formed to assist the Medical Review Division of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission. Responsibilities included attendance at all public meetings of the Medical Advisory Committee and participation in the following work groups for the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission:
