Littleton, Colorado, I recommended remedial civil revisions to a residential site to improve drainage. (2009)

Denver, Colorado, I reviewed grading and drainage and designed utilities including storm sewers, domestic water, recycled water, life support water, sanitary sewers, heating water, two sanitary lift stations, gas, and electrical.  (2007- 2008)

Florissant, Colorado, I served as Senior Project Manager for site grading and utilities, septic system, and sanitary sewer, water. (2006-2007)

Rawlins, Wyoming. As Senior Project Manager, I provided project coordination for a new office building, site plan, grading, drainage, and utility development. (2002′”2007)

Water Quality, Drainage & Flood Control Experience

Littleton, Colorado.  I reviewed the Flood Hazard Area Delineation (FHAD) and the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) on a tributary to Coon Creek for accuracy. (2009)

Denver, Colorado.  As the Senior Project Manager, Peter was responsible for preliminary and final design of over 5,000 feet of storm sewers including a 12 x 8-foot concrete conduit in pursuit of one of the recommendations of the University and Mexico Master Drainage Plan. I also developed the water quality concept using riprap as a medium to support a biological film and wetlands vegetation to aerate the system. The project included a 108-inch bore under the BNSF railroad and the RTD light rail. The effort included hydrology and hydraulic analysis, quantities, and cost analysis. (2005′”2007)

Denver, Colorado.  I served as a Project Manager for developing master plan design concepts for storm sewers, regional storm water detention facilities, and channels within the University and Mexico Basin in south Denver. For each of eight subbasins, I conceptualized alternatives and supervised alternative analysis, hydrology/hydraulic analysis, and cost analysis. (2004′”2005)

Moab, Utah.  As a Project Manager, I conducted HEC-2 modeling of floodplain in an urbanized alluvial fan, split flow option, and estimated flood limits. (2000)
Greenwood Village, Colorado.  As Project Engineer, I conceptualized and developed the design for stream restoration and a new grade separation between a pedestrian trail and Holly Street. I developed designs for a flood control channel, sedimentation, wetlands, water quality improvements, and best management practices. (1997′”1998)

Denver, Colorado.  I was Project Manager for preliminary and final design of water quality facilities, 5400 gpm pump station, force main, and utility relocation. (1994)

Tulsa, Oklahoma.  I was a Project Engineer for drainage master planning in Northwest Tulsa. Various projects involved culverts on Blackboy Creek at US 46, a flood control channel for Harlow Creek, storm water storage basins and preliminary design of the Mayfair and Parkview storm water pump stations for the lower basin north of the Arkansas River levee. The work included hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HEC1 and HEC2, conceptual design, cost estimating, and report preparation. (1987)

Teton County, Wyoming.  As Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for hydrology and hydraulic analysis, and scour analysis for this rural bridge. (2007)

Wyoming.  As Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for bridge and culvert analysis, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, scour analysis, and energy dissipation for one bridge and 38 culverts. (2006-2007)

Cayuga, North Dakota.  I served as Project Manager for statistical analysis, river hydraulics, and scour analysis. (1999)

Utilities Experience

Erie, Colorado.  I provided quality control review of a 1.5 mile raw water transmission line.  I provided a layout for modifications to the process piping at the treatment plant control vault. (2007)

Arapahoe County, Colorado.  As Senior Project Manager, I reviewed video tapes, assessed pipe conditions for 30,000-feet of sanitary sewer, wrote contract documents for repair by cured in place lining, and provided construction related services. (2003)
