Prepared and supervised landfill permitting documents and supervised EIRs under pre-gap and post pre-gap conditions; e.g RDSI, PSR, RWD, and Closure Report.

Authored and co-authored numerous professional papers and magazine articles on subjects which include end use of landfills, landfill gas migration control, and public safety. Conducted Subsurface (soils) Gas Investigation, Southern California Rapid Transit District Metro Rail Wilshire Corridor Alignment.
