PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Expanded solo private practice into a Psychology Group comprised of multiple psychologists and counselors.
  • Implemented operation of the Short Term Counseling Clinic of the McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program; developed psychological component of the Durant Center Clinic of the Pee Dee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence; started and edited quarterly family medicine newsletter, The Family Tree , created and administered McLeod Biofeedback Services, McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC.
  • Hired to create, develop, and provide continuing administration for the first psychology service within the City of Faith Med and Research Center, Tulsa.
  • Planned and implemented specialty clinic at Children’s Medical Center, Tulsa, to provide rehabilitative biofeedback therapy to patients with cerebral palsy, assisted in gaining grant monies to fund the clinic as a free service, and served as Coordinator of the project.
  • Expanded enuresis treatment clinic of Children’s Med Ctr, Tulsa, to serve twice the number of patients; also expanded the program to include treatment of diurnal enuresis.
  • Developed Career Planning Workshop series for the Oral Roberts Univ Career Counseling Service, Tulsa.
