As Contracts & Claims Administrator for E. C. Ernst, Inc., an international-scope Electrical Construction firm between 1977 and 1987, had continuous personal involvement with Ernst’s Corporate Counsel and outside Counsel in more than thirty-five separate Construction Project disputes, preparation of Requests for Equitable Compensation and Equitable Adjustments to Contracts and resulting litigation or resolution of these disputes.

Personally prepared numerous Requests for Equitable Compensation and Adjustment to Contracts while Vice-President for Steiny and Company, Inc. including litigation and percipient witness involvement, while interfacing with Steiny’s legal counsel..

Personal involvement in Document Discovery, Depositions and Trials in more than fifty separate Construction Disputes between 1977 and 1994 for both E.C. Ernst, Inc. and Steiny and Company, Inc.

Since 1980, Expert or Percipient testimony provided in more thana dozen Court trials.

Since 1994 alone, retained as Electrical Consultant and Expert Witness for over forty cases culminating in Alternative Dispute Resolution methods or Court trials.
