Responsible for the development and alignment of staff, procedures, and IT systems integration across 16 independent projects.
Oversaw a 15-person program controls team that dealt with budget, cost, schedule, procurement, logistics, constructability, QA/QC and change management issues with two major national design firms and three top 50 ENR construction groups.

Developed project control functions for this nationally known developer across 5 regional offices and 7 internal groups during a multi-project, multi-year program ranging from $1 billion to $3 billion per year.
Oversaw the institution and integration of the company’s web-based enterprise-wide project cost, schedule, and document control software system. The effort required bringing about cultural change, revision of informal and formal procedures, dealing with legacy IT systems, and development of new training programs and technical systems integration by way of the management of both an internal IT group as well as outside IT vendors.
