Expert 2373 provides construction investigation, forensic services, consulting services, and expert witness services to the legal, insurance and business communities for construction, design, and installation defect disputes for all building types.  Areas of expertise include heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems for buildings.  Expert 2373 has been intimately involved with major lawsuit defense which includes file and Code research, educating Attorneys on technical and Code issues, guiding Attorneys to the technical heart of the matter, participating in defense strategy, attending defense witness preparation, attending depositions of witnesses and himself, reading and commenting on depositions, and generally assisting cases overall.  His special insight, problem solving skills, communication skills, and affable personality enable Mr. Fabian to work well with all parties.

To support Expert Witness activities, Expert 2373 has over thirty five (35) years in the construction industry as an MEP design Project Manager/Vice President, and has been involved in all phases of the design and construction process.  His most memorable design projects were the 71-story, 1.9M square foot Wells Fargo Tower, and 640,000 square foot Methodist Hospital Dunn Tower, both in Houston, Texas.
