American concepts and requirements of insurance and surety ship, and managed
their ongoing program.  Became a New York
City licensed Site Safety Manager and designed and managed a highly successful
loss prevention protocol to govern construction operations. Has successfully
occupied a loss prevention and risk management role with a diligent and
successful history of safe, accident and claim free development and
construction.
