Expert designs a comprehensive battery of objective performance-based tests that are standardized, as well as job specific, customized tests in order to determine an individual’s work-related abilities and limitations. Expert also develops written rebuttal reports or written documents for cross examination for Functional Capacity Evaluations of opposing experts. Expert utilizes her rehabilitation background, experience and knowledge of healthcare to identify and address medical and rehabilitation related services and associated costs for individuals with catastrophic injuries, as well as damages for all levels of injuries. Expert also evaluates the Life Care Plans of opposing experts and develops alternative opinions related to medical treatment and cost assessment. She can also prepare questions for deposition or trial examination, provide litigation consultation specific to settlement offers, and assist with case resolution.
