Expert 2009 is President of Expert 2009 LLC, a forensic economic consulting firm.  He has more than twenty five years experience providing economic consulting services, expert reports and expert testimony, primarily in support of litigation.  His practice focuses on calculating economic damages and critiquing opposing damages experts in cases involving personal injury, wrongful- death, wrongful termination, intellectual property and commercial torts.  He has been retained as an expert in more than two dozen states and testified in deposition, State and Federal Courts.

Senior research economist for Formuzis, Pickersgill and Hunt, Inc., economic consultants, providing economic consulting services, damages calculations and expert testimony in personal-injury, wrongful-death and wrongful-termination maters (1987 – 1997).


Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Economics, Consumer Protections Agency.  Provided economic research and data analysis for a nationwide study of generic-drug-substitution laws and their impact on retail prescription drug pricing, during a graduate internship (1982).
