Extensive Experience

Engineering management consultant/expert witness; extensive knowledge in design, construction and Project Management of major projects, and experience in litigation process, with over thirty years of hands-on experience. Specializing in electric utility practices, transportation, and infrastructure.  Works closely with attorneys, providing claim analysis and litigation support for cases involving personal injury, arising from utility / transportation operations and construction delays.  Experience with large projects within the utility industry (Consolidated Edison Co. of New York, New York Power Authority, and Washington Public Power Supply System).  Design/construction of: nuclear/fossil power plants; high voltage transmission lines; and installation of computer facilities.

Project Management responsibilities for the complete renovation of large-scale multiple dwelling projects; schools; large infrastructure projects (NYC Bridges/Tunnels, the JFK International Airport and capital construction projects involving commuter rail lines in the Metropolitan New York).

Work Background

During his career, he gained experience on large engineering/construction projects with electric utilities, large scale residential housing projects, schools, and transportation projects.

In the past, he was employed by Consolidated Edison Co. of New York , New York Power Authority,  and Washington Public Power Supply System.  Some of the projects involved the design/construction of nuclear/fossil power plants, high voltage transmission lines and the installation of computer facilities.  In addition, he had project management responsibilities for the complete renovation of large scale multiple dwellings, and schools.  Additionally he had responsibility as the Oversight Program Manager to monitor large construction projects at NYC MTA Bridges/Tunnels, Transit, Railroads, the JFK International Airport.

Expert Witness

Expert 1499 rendered expert opinion on project delay claims and litigation cases involving personal injury caused by utility practices and/or manufacturers of electrical apparatus. He testified in New York State Supreme Court, Southern District Court in New York and the American Arbitration Association.

Expert 1499 rendered expert opinion on project delay claims and litigation cases involving personal injury caused by utility practices and/or manufacturers of electrical apparatus. He testified in New York State Supreme Court, Southern District Court in New York and the American Arbitration Association.
