1998-present company that does; Forensic, Commercial, and Federal Consulting for Elevators and Escalators.  Forensic consulting including document review, site review, technical investigations, analysis, reports, and testimony toward the resolution of litigation involving elevators and escalators, moving walks, dumbwaiters, conveyors, and personnel hoists.
Commercial consulting including maintenance evaluations, modernization and retrofit analysis, acquisition studies, and new building design.

Federal consulting including code required elevator/escalator safety inspections for existing elevators as well as consulting for modernization and new design of Federal office buildings, courthouses, and detention facilities.

1986-1998 elevator company, Regional Manager.  All facets of elevator consulting for new building design, modernization, and maintenance evaluations for existing elevators.  Code consulting for compliance with Federal, State, and local codes.

1978-1986 elevator company, District Manager.  Responsible for construction, maintenance, and repair operations for the State of Hawaii.
