Medical personnel specifically trained for autonomous delivery of critical care during transports. Primary duties included design and implementation of standing medical orders, continuing education of professional staff including regular lectures, monthly QI/case review, procedural lab training and maintenance of CAMTS certification. Oversaw transition from paper to EMR charting system. Regular involvement with financial considerations including budgeting, procurement and negotiation of current contract model for services. Regular public speaking including hospital relations, media interviews, sales and marketing.

Part of medical staff for high-level professional sports franchise. Patient care encompassed all common areas of sports medicine. Experience included all general medical care of team and staff in addition to close involvement with care issues extending to parent NHL franchise.
